If you are outside these areas, you cannot purchase our products.
Order Acceptance and Resale
We have the right to accept or decline your order at any time. Your request to purchase PECTIV products for resale must be made with our prior written consent through email to hello@pectiv.com. We may also cancel or refuse acceptance of your order if we identify any limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or glitches identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Closing Your Account
We will be sorry to see you go, but you can close your account at any time. If you no longer wish to purchase our PECTIV products, please send us an email requesting the closure of your account with the subject line "Request to Close My Account." Our technical team will be in touch with you to explain the modalities and implications of closing your account.

Enjoy PECTIV's feminine hygiene products with the convenience of our monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your credit or debit card at the end of each month in advance for the next month. But don't worry - you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Payment Terms and Order Cancellation:
Prices of our PECTIV products are subject to change at any time. Our website displays prices exclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping costs. As soon as you place an order, your credit or debit card will be charged. Unfortunately, we don't accept cancellations of orders once payment is made. Remember, credit card fraud and theft of PECTIV products are strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent purchases will be dealt with accordingly under UAE law. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, please fill out both addresses at the checkout page.
Attaining Capacity to Use Our Services:
Girls of menstrual age and women can enjoy PECTIV products. However, minors within the age range of 0-12 cannot purchase our products. Teens aged 13-17 can purchase PECTIV products only under the supervision and consent of their parents or guardians. You must provide your full name, card information, and email address to use our services. If we discover that you're below the acceptable age, we'll immediately discontinue your use of our services.
